Melanie Bois,

Our Creative Thinker


“I wanted to create a consulting firm that was different – a place to build creative, authentic, and impactful partnerships. I love bringing smart people together and guiding teams through the unknown to discover new possibilities.”

Melanie is a strategy, governance and transformation leader with experience across financial services, community housing, construction, property development, utilities, education, transport, FMCG, biomedical engineering and technology. She has held senior and executive roles in transformation, business integration, strategic partnerships and change management. Her sector experience includes private, public, not-for-profit and social enterprise.

Melanie is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. She has an MBA, Bachelor of Arts (honours), Diploma in Education, and qualifications in project management, change management, and training and assessment.

Robert Walliser,

Our Problem Solver


Robert is a transformation leader with industry experience in financial services, top-tier management consulting, not-for-profits, and oil and gas. He has delivered substantive organisational change within businesses ranging from start-ups to ASX 20 listed companies.

An astute problem solver, Robert has experience driving change across technology programs, business restructures, and mergers and acquisitions. He is skilled in business planning, establishing governance frameworks, workforce planning, process re-engineering and operations management.

Robert has a PhD in Electrical Engineering, a Bachelor of Commerce, and a Graduate Certificate of Management.

Cathy Singleton,

Our People person


Cathy is a performance-focused group and personal process facilitator, executive development consultant, mentor and coach. She has more than twenty years’ experience developing frontline teams, senior and emerging leaders, and executive teams across leading businesses and government departments.

She designs and delivers activities that enhance personal and organisational growth, performance and sustainability.

Cathy holds a Post Graduate Diploma of Hakomi Body Centred Psychology and Certificate IV Workplace Assessment and Training. She is certified in the Coach for Innovators program and has accreditations in key organisational leadership and culture tools.

Kevin Roberts,

Our Numbers Person


Kevin is an ACCA certified accountant and an experienced finance executive. He recognises the panoramic lens that finance gives to understanding an organisation – from the strategy to cash flows.

Kevin has been an auditor for KPMG and worked at ASX 20 listed firms. He is expert in quickly understanding the story of an organisation’s numbers and shaping advice and programs to improve performance.

Kevin’s background includes finance transformation, commercial valuations, mergers and acquisitions, finance strategy, finance systems integration and governance.

Margot Ashburner,

Our Project and Social Impact Planner


Margot has experience in strategic planning, operations management, and leading initiatives. She has experience as a marketing specialist, business development manager and paralegal. Her career has spanned energy, digital services and law. 

Margot is passionate about achieving positive social outcomes and is highly engaged with community programs. This includes undertaking research for Queensland Aboriginal and Health Council and raising awareness of the United Nations Millennium Development Goals as an ambassador in the Australian Youth Forum.

Maximiliano Quimbar,

Our Scientific Mind


Max is an astute researcher with an interest in the commercialisation of emerging technologies in biotechnology, healthcare and human therapeutics.

He has expertise in data analysis. Max has conducted strategy research in the biomedical sector to support capital raising and strategic decision making for product diversification and international market entry.

Max holds a PhD in Biochemistry, an MBA and a Bachelor of Biotechnology and Cell Biology (honours).


Aimee Johannsen,

Our Marketing Maven


Aimee brings specialist skills in brand and marketing. She provides consulting support across strategy, customer journey mapping, operating model reviews, brand and marketing.

Aimee has experience across a range of sectors including social and affordable housing, construction, education and employment, and fashion and beauty. She has an MBA and has worked in the private, not-for-profit and social enterprise sectors.

Adlina Affendi,

Our Customer Mindset


Adlina is a former audiologist who is passionate about customer-centred design and the digitisation of technology in the health sector to improve systems and client outcomes.

She has led several clinical teams and consulting teams. Adlina has experience consulting across strategy, risk and business planning. She has led market research to support a not-for-profit to grow Australia’s capacity to provide trauma-informed mental health care.

Adlina has a Bachelor of Science and Master of Audiology, and is completing an MBA.

Huong Chu,

Our Data Brain


Huong has extensive experience in finance, tax and management accounting, and financial management for multinational companies in a range of industries including automobile, energy, education and apparel. Huong takes a data-driven and evidence-based approach to strategy research and has expertise in financial planning and analysis, cost control and effective operations procedures.

Huong has a Bachelor of Economics and holds an MBA/Master of Marketing degree.

Shae Bolton-Brown

Our Team Builder


Shae is experienced in building high performing teams, something she brings from her own experience as a professional athlete. Shae brings this understanding from sports into corporate and social enterprises. She has led wellbeing training, leadership programs, and digital learning programs.

Shae has experience in connecting executive leaders to Traditional Owners to grow understanding of Aboriginal culture, in deep immersive experiences that support professional growth and cultural connection. She also brings experience creating innovative and effective digital learning experiences.

Shae holds a Bachelor of Communications/Arts, Communications and Media Studies / Psychology. She is a North Certified Values Coach. Shae is currently undertaking a Master of Business Administration from Melbourne Business School.

Jacinta is a proud Wiradjuri woman based in Naarm (Melbourne), Australia. 
Jacinta is a visual artist with a love of live music and a background in photography. In 2019, Jacinta was nominated for Live Music Photographer of the Year.

Jacinta combines a creative eye with cultural connection as she photographs people and events. She also works with Ngarrimili, a not-for-profit enterprise established to nurture and support businesses and entrepreneurship opportunities amongst Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities across Victoria.
